With over 25 years of experience working in the Financial Services sector, Sarah is a proven and highly skilled risk and compliance management specialist. She has successfully helped many of our clients enhance their governance, risk and compliance frameworks across the insurance, banking, and consumer credit sectors.
This work has involved designing and implementing governance, risk and compliance frameworks as well as working alongside management to review the customer journey with a particular focus on claims, collections, and complaints. This work has provided Sarah with a good insight into how and why governance and oversight can fail within a regulated firm. It has also helped Sarah understand the expectations of the regulators in this area.
Sarah’s work has also included reviews and investigations relating to conflict management, third party risk management, oversight over appointed representatives, claims/complaint management and past business reviews.
Sarah and her team also support insurance companies and third country branches to meet their regulatory obligations in the UK by providing outsourced and co-sourced regulatory compliance support, including Solvency II reporting.
