Sarah Ouarbya Partner - Financial Services Consulting

Sarah is a partner in our Regulatory Advisory team within the UK Practice. She is responsible for providing regulatory advisory and consultancy services to many of our regulated clients.
Having worked with clients in the financial services industry for over 16 years Sarah has developed a wide range of knowledge and skills and is responsible for delivering tailored regulatory reporting and compliance solutions to insurance companies, insurance intermediaries and other regulated firms. Sarah has particular expertise in the following areas:
- Client assets (CASS 5);
- Capital adequacy (GENPRU, INSPRU, IPRU(INS) and MIPRU);
- Regulatory reporting, including Solvency II, Pillar 3; and
- Regulatory applications and authorisations.
Sarah has participated on a number of ICAEW/FRC committees set up to address issues in the sector, including the FRC working party on Client Assets.
Sarah is co author of the CCH Insurance Brokers Auditing and Accounting Guide, Fifth Edition.
