For 5 years our growth had been over 15% per year and we had run out of warehouse capacity. We wanted to buy a warehouse site that would double our capacity but we had no clear idea how we could arrange finances to buy and convert the premises for our use.

The Leicester team proposed a range of options that we’d never thought of and importantly introduced us to some key people to help us with the project. These included specialists in SIPP management, finance project management, and a construction project manager.

The team were able to point us in the right direction as we came across specific challenges along the way with this project until we had successfully moved into the new premises.
