Paul Joyce Partner - Mergers & Acquisitions
Paul is the Head of Mazars' London Mergers & Acquisitions team, focused on mid-market, UK and international transactions across a range of sectors, advising management teams and owner managers, private equity investors and corporates. He has significant experience of leading a variety of buy-side, sell-side and management advisory transactions, including complex modelling and deal structuring on cross-border transactions.
Paul is responsible for leading transactions (typically several at any one time), including drafting relevant marketing documentation, financial analysis and modelling, valuation analysis, co-ordinating management and advisors, negotiating key transaction terms and legal documentation. He's also involved in supporting businesses in creating, appraising and delivering their strategies including a wide range of strategic reviews and planning exercises.
