Costs

Costs will depend on the circumstance of the Company, but can be broken down into two areas; administrative costs and costs of assistance.

Administrative costs – you will need to pay for a bona vacantia waiver letter from the relevant Crown representative, any late fees from Companies House and the application for restoration.

Costs of assistance – you may have to pay for the financial accounts and annual returns to be prepared, plus any assistance you require to guide you through the process. At Mazars we provide a start to finish approach in order to help you regain control of your assets in the quickest and least disruptive way possible.
