Commenting on the award, Neil said: “We are very proud of having advised on the Johnson deal that was named Small Cap Deal of Year. It is a great achievement to be recognised by our peers in the industry and it rewards the high-quality service that our teams at Mazars consistently provide our clients with.”

The North West Rainmakers awards recognise deals and individuals that contributed to making the North West the most vibrant region for corporate finance outside London. Shortlisted deals and individuals were decided by a panel of 35 members of the corporate finance community in May and the winners were chosen online by their corporate finance peers.

Over 250 people attended the awards ceremony that was hosted by The Business Desk‘s North West editor Joanne Birtwistle and compered by BBC political journalist Nina Warhurst.
