The initiative is open to applicants with a financial services, accountancy or professional services background who were at manager level or above prior to a career break of 12 months or more.

The initiative is open to applicants with a financial services, accountancy or professional services background who were at manager level or above prior to a career break of 12 months or more.
Women Returners is a consultancy, coaching and network organisation that focuses exclusively on enabling talented professionals to return to work after an extended career break.
Angela Cooke, Head of Diversity, Inclusion and Wellbeing at Mazars, says: “Having a career break or gaps on a CV shouldn’t derail future prospects or aspirations.
