Helen has over 20 years of experience in advising large and listed groups, having worked with her clients in both UK and international corporate tax matters throughout her career.

Helen's experience includes advising on UK corporate tax, tax governance, international structuring, acquisitions and disposals and diverted profits tax.

She has worked with clients across various sectors including media, consumer and industrial products, technology and automotive.

Work Highlights

• Transitioning a listed multinational group from multiple tax service providers to a global engagement led by the UK.
• Over a number of years following transition, Helen supported the group's finance team to develop and centralise the management of all tax matters and to improve the visibility of tax risk and compliance around the globe.
• Helen played an integral role in helping the group develop an in-house tax function fit for the group's future strategic direction.
