Angelo is an International, Corporate and Restructuring Tax Advisory Director. 

Experience 

Angelo has spent the past 22 years working largely in practice and in-house within the field of International/Corporate Tax in different countries (US, UK, Costa Rica, and Italy). His specialism includes international tax structuring and advising overseas companies keen to invest in the UK or internationally. His other specialisms are controlled foreign companies, corporate residence and hybrid mismatch.
