Alex Kingston Associate Director – Forensics and Valuations

Alex is an Associate Director and is part of the Forensics and Valuations team. Alex has many years’ experience working in accounting and auditing, corporate finance and regulated investment business and valuations.

Alex started her career as an auditor, before moving into mergers and acquisitions lead advisory. Alex worked on a variety of sell and buy side transactions, liaising with all parties during the legal process to ensure that the commercial aspects of the deal were properly reflected.  Alex moved into the Forensics and Valuations team over five years ago and is now leading the SPA advisory services offering, which is one of the wider Deal Advisory services we offer. 

Alex is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
