Adam is a licensed Insolvency Practitioner with 16 years’ experience in corporate restructuring and personal insolvency.
Adam’s expertise is in contentious, claims and fraud-based investigations. He has considerable experience in identifying and pursuing a wide range of claims pursuant to the Insolvency Act 1986 and Companies Act 2006.
Since joining the firm in 2018, Adam has worked with the Partners to build and run the Contentious Insolvency Team, and has introduced technological solutions to enhance recoveries and improve the efficiency of investigations.
A recent focus of Adam and the team has been on the identification of fraud arising from the misuse of Covid-19 support measures.
