Shahrukh Kapadia Director - Internal Controls Lead

Shahrukh leads the Internal Controls and SOX advisory solution. He has over 14 years of post-qualification experience in audit, assurance and risk advisory and has worked on SOX and ICOFR engagements for large SEC registrants. He has experience working in various jurisdictions including the UK, India and the Middle East.

Shahrukh is part of the Risk Consulting practice and works with global companies to provide consulting and advisory services for their Internal controls journey and on SOX implementation projects.

Experience

Shahrukh is a Director within the Risk Consulting practice and leads the Internal Controls and SOX advisory solution. 

Prior to Mazars, Shahrukh worked with other Big 4 firms with their external audit practice and their Risk consulting practice. He has led various engagements pertaining to internal controls and SOX reviews, co-sourced internal audits, risk assessment models development, process reviews, External Quality Assurance reviews, implementation of ICOFR and other similar Risk Advisory projects.
