Lisa has worked in Monitoring Trustee Services for over 8 years. Lisa has extensive experience working with regulatory authorities in Europe, and the UK as well as with global companies in multijurisdictional mergers.

Lisa works on a variety of cases across a wide breadth of industry sectors including both structural and behavioural remedies. Lisa has a clear focus on monitoring long term behavioural commitments and hold separates, with reference to the engagement of artificial intelligence and technical ring fencing measures in order to monitor information sharing processes and ensure compliance with long term commitments through the employment of technical measures.

Lisa has an LLB (Hons), an LLM in European Business Law, and qualified as a solicitor in 2005. Lisa is based at Mazars London office.
