Paul Turner Director - Deal Advisory

Paul is a Director in our Mergers & Acquisitions team. His role involves advising on a broad range of corporate transactions such as company acquisitions, disposals, buy-outs, and fund raising.

Experience 

Paul specialises in providing Mergers & Acquisitions services. He supports corporates, privately owned businesses, shareholders, families, and management teams to realise their strategic objectives.

He has over 14 years of experience advising on transactions, across a broad range of sectors, on both buy-side and sell-side work. Paul spends time in both our Edinburgh and Glasgow offices, supporting clients across Scotland, the UK and overseas.

Increasingly, Paul’s transactions have an international angle and he utilises our proprietary platform to work with our Mergers & Acquisition teams internationally, connecting clients with overseas buyers and sellers.

Paul qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2008. He joined Mazars' Deal Advisory team in 2014, following a background in Transaction services, where he provided due diligence services for a mix of large corporates, banks and private equity houses.

Paul is a key member of our Advisory practice in Scotland and works closely with his Tax Advisory and Private Client colleagues, to provide a comprehensive range of end-to-end transaction support, maximising value generated for his clients.
