Guy Hollander Director - Restructuring Services
Guy is a Chartered Accountant and an Insolvency Practitioner, with over 30 years’ experience in restructuring and advisory. He has extensive knowledge across all aspects of restructuring work ranging from business and options reviews to formal insolvency appointments. Guy is the ICAEW’s representative on The Joint Insolvency Examination Board.
Selected advisory experience:
Solvency restructuring - Guy leads the London Corporate Simplification work, undertaking projects in respect of large group structures to stand alone entities.
Business reviews – Guy undertakes a number of Independent Business Reviews and Options Analyses on behalf of both companies and creditors, covering a wide variety of sectors. In addition, Guy advises Trustees and Employers in respect of pension Employer Covenant Reviews.
Corporate insolvency – appointed administrator / liquidator on various insolvency assignments across a multitude of business sectors.
Personal insolvency – Guy was heavily involved in the Mazars acquisition of the PwC volume personal insolvency business in 2011 and for three years led and managed a team of 26 in the Gloucester office with a bankruptcy portfolio of 500+ cases.
Other advisory roles – Guy is on the Charity Commission’s panel of Interim Managers.
