Chris Dale Director - Mergers & Acquisitions

Chris is a Director in our UK M&A team based in our Leeds office. He advises clients on a wide array of transactions with a focus on buy-side and sell-side advice to a client base consisting of family / owner managed businesses, as well as mid-sized corporates.

The transactions Chris works on are generally in the £5m to £50m enterprise value range with a focus on selling UK companies to strategic international acquirers. Chris works across a number of sectors including engineering and industrials.

Chris is a chartered accountant having qualified with ICAS in 2010 and is a trusted advisor to his clients, delivering pro-active advice with a strong focus on project management and delivery to ensure transactions are executed in a timely manner.
