Chloe Ellis Tax Partner

Chloë is our Office Managing Partner in Leeds and specialises in tax advice.  She has around 20 years of experience advising companies and their shareholders on a variety of taxation issues. She is a transactions tax specialist and therefore regularly provides advice to shareholders on buying and selling their businesses. She also has extensive experience on tax due diligence projects from both buy-side and sell-side perspectives.

Her approach to tax planning is to start from a commercial perspective of understanding individual and commercial drivers so that she is then in a position to provide bespoke proactive tax advice.
