Mazars LLP are identifying potential purchasers for a purpose build student accommodation development, owned by Mount Group Student Natex Limited.

Background

Patrick Lannagan and Julien Irving of Mazars LLP were appointed as joint Administrators of the Company, by the floating charge holder, on 5 October 2021.

The nature of the business was the development of building projects, and the Company was specifically set up for the purpose of developing purpose-built student accommodation in respect of the freehold land acquired.

Development property known as Natex, Islington L3 8HL

The Company’s principal asset is the purpose-built student accommodation development located constructed between Norton Street and Fraser Street, Islington, Liverpool L3 8HL.

The Property comprises a student residential development site over two residential blocks, with existing planning consent to continue building the remaining structures between 10 and 16 storeys, comprising 127 units (including 81 studios, and 46 clusters) providing 574 bedspaces.
