	Companion Care Sub-sector – Care provider Deal type – Fund raise Description – Mazars assisted management in finding £10 million funding for the further expansion of Companion Care Services. The funding will enable the Group to open at least 30 new veterinary branches.
	Davison (Chemist) Sub-sector – Pharmaceuticals Deal type – Sale Description – Mazars advised the shareholders of Davison (Chemist) Limited on the sale to Juno Health Limited.
	DIH Sub-sector – Medtech Deal type – Acquisition Description – Mazars Switzerland advised DIH on the acquisition of a medical technology company specialising in technology movement therapy.
	Elmscot Group Sub-sector – Nursery Deal type – Acquisition Description – Mazars has advised Elmscot Group on several acquisitions to further expand the group’s children nurseries.
	Healthcare at Home Sub-sector – Care provider Deal type – Secondary MBO Description – Mazars advised the management team of Healthcare at Home Ltd on a significant new investment from Vitruvian Partners.
	Home from Hospital Sub-sector – Care provider Deal type – MBO Description – Mazars advised on the acquisition of Home from Hospital Limited, by a management team supported by private equity firm Spring Ventures.
	Mayoly Spindler Sub-sector – Pharmaceuticals Deal type – Acquisition Description – Mazars France advised Mayoly Spindler on their acquisition of a Swedish pharmaceutical lab.
	Meiji Seika Pharma Sub-sector – Pharmaceuticals Deal type – Acquisition Description – Mazars Spain advised Meiji Seika Pharma in their acquisition of a 50% stake in a Spanish subsidiary company.
	Precision Dental Sub-sector – Dental Deal type – Sale Description – Mazars advised the shareholders of Precision Dental Studio on the sale to Gensmile Laboratories Group.
	Prodene Klint Sub-sector – Cosmetics Deal type – Sale Description – Mazars France advised on the sale of Prodène Klint to GOJO Industries, Inc.
	RTD Sub-sector – Dental Deal type – Sale Description – Mazars France advised the Reynaud family on the disposal of RTD to Dentsply Sirona.
	Vivalto Sante Sub-sector – Care provider Deal type – Acquisition Description – Mazars Germany advised Vivalto on the acquisition of Fides.
