Making a proactive contribution to our communities and wider society has always been fundamental to Mazars’ values and the way we do business. Our approach encompasses:

• Volunteering initiatives – volunteering is channelled through our ‘Mazars Days’, where staff take a day away from the office to participate in community projects as a team.
• Environmental initiatives – we have established programmes relating to energy consumption, transport usage, waste, recycling and proactive procurement strategies.
• Charitable giving initiatives – Mazars donates a proportion of our profits to a range of charities each year. The firm also supports the fundraising efforts of individual team members participating in sponsored events such as marathons, long distance bike rides, parachute jumps and other challenges.
• Diversity awareness –  Recognising and embracing the diversity of our people is vital to our ongoing success.
