Why use Mazars for your outsourcing needs?

Mazars are experts in the outsourcing of finance teams.  You will receive access to our highly skilled team offering expertise tailored to your specific industry and business needs.

Our dedicated outsourced finance team includes access to all levels, i.e. Finance Director, Financial Controller, Management Accountant and Accounts Assistant.  If you outsource with us, our specialists become part of your team and are on hand to offer expertise and additional resources to scale up or down as required.  Outsourcing ensures you only pay for the services required rather than employing full-time members of staff, resulting in cost savings and time spent on training and recruiting staff.

What are the benefits of the Mazars / NetSuite BPO solution for my business?

You will receive access to a dedicated, highly trained team who specialise in NetSuite’s ERP system. Mazars will bring experience & expertise from working across a range of different industries and businesses to help you understand how NetSuite can be tailored to suit your company’s needs.  The combination of NetSuite’s high-quality Cloud ERP system and Mazars efficiency in delivery gives you a first-class finance function.

Who owns the software?

The software is cloud-based software and we license it directly from NetSuite on your behalf.  Our clients will always retain ownership of the data, and the licence is fully transportable should you wish to take your licence directly with NetSuite.

Where is the data held?

Although the software is licensed by a US company (Oracle), the data is stored within the European Economic Area.  There are European data centres in London, Newport, Frankfurt and Amsterdam, and each centre has a partner that provides data mirroring, disaster recovery and failure capabilities within its region.

How can a Cloud ERP benefit my business?

Implementing a Cloud ERP system in your business has several key benefits, these include:

  • Data Security
  • Increased Productivity
  • Mobility
  • Centralised Data
  • Visibility
  • Cost savings
  • Excellence in forecasting
  • Excellence in reporting
  • Flexibility
  • Compliance
  • Scalability

What are the cost benefits of using NetSuite?

Cloud ERP makes ERP systems more affordable.  The need for a dedicated IT resource to manage the ERP system is no longer required, resulting in lower operating costs and upfront capital costs. Everything being in one place takes the requirement for multiple software licences away, as well as real-time information being accessible to all.  Finance team responsibilities such as forecasting and customer profitability are integrated into NetSuite taking away the need for complex spreadsheets.  The ability to plan resources into the future enables the leadership team to focus on running the business rather than administrative tasks, in turn reducing idle time & maximising profitability. Cloud ERP also helps to eliminate repetitive time-consuming tasks which enables staff to concentrate more on strategic initiatives.

How secure is an ERP system?

NetSuite is a best-in-class cloud ERP system.  Data is protected by enterprise-grade data security which is timely & accurate.  Data is accessible from any location at any time and is protected with controls and monitoring.  Access to the system is restricted to an employee’s specific role.

How long does it take to implement?

The average implementation time including testing is between 4 and 8 weeks, perhaps longer, depending on the size and complexity of the business.  A target date and implementation plan will be agreed upon at the start of the implementation to ensure a smooth transition takes place.  To implement the full BPO offering would take a similar time.

Can NetSuite be tailored to suit my business?

Yes, just name your requirements and we will set about learning about your business before designing our NetSuite powered BPO solution. When implementing our BPO solution, NetSuite can be tailored to suit your industry and specific business needs.  Some of the available functions include:

  • Analysis and dashboards
  • Financial reports
  • Tax management
  • Project resource allocation & management
  • Timesheet reporting
  • E-commerce
  • Advanced email marketing
  • Procurement management
  • International expansion capabilities

Can NetSuite manage multiple entities & subsidiaries from a single solution across different countries?

Yes, NetSuite OneWorld enables businesses to develop standardised processes across the entire organisation all in one click.  Mazars supports this with the provision of a global BPO solution.  Language, taxation, currency and local and international accounting standards can all be automated and rolled up to the global level for consolidation & reporting.  Mazars is a global firm and can offer support in multiple jurisdictions.

How easy is it to view company performance at a consolidated level & manage intercompany balances?

Very easy, dashboards can be created to give users the ability to view key KPIs and compare to forecasts easily in real-time.  Using automation, NetSuite makes intercompany reporting straightforward, a sales order created by one subsidiary can be linked to a purchase order created by another.  The system identifies the transaction once invoiced and will automatically post the elimination journal entry.

What are the key modules included within Mazars’s offering of NetSuite ERP?

When outsourcing with Mazars, you will have access to the core finance and other modules, and NetSuite can be tailored to suit your industry & business needs.  There are more advanced capabilities which can be added depending on individual business requirements.
