Governance Council
The Governance Council is responsible for the supervisory oversight of the LLP and the Business.
The terms of reference of the Governance Council can be found here. The Governance Council has established two sub-committees to assist in providing supervisory oversight. The Audit & Risk Committee (ARC) and the Remuneration Committee (RemCom).
