Mazars in the UK Financial Results 2022

Mazars focused on delivering quality work for clients and continuing to build the team of the future

To deliver the innovative, high-quality services that will allow us and our clients to thrive in the years ahead, we must continue to build and develop our team. So, we have invested heavily in growing our team capacity and capability: our average headcount for the financial year was 2,933, representing 18.4% growth on the previous year.

Growth creates opportunity, and we are harnessing this positive momentum to invest in building the team of the future. Our goal is that our team members can develop and grow both as professionals and as people at Mazars. To that end we have significantly increased the amount of time dedicated to learning and development across the firm, while also enhancing career pathways and implementing formal mentorship programme. We're investing now to build a team with the skills and resources to succeed in the future.

Our relationships with our clients, the level of support that we offer, and the quality of work that we deliver, remain key priorities. We increased the number of people in our Audit & Assurance service line to 1,110 with significant investment in our Audit support team, which grew to 106 people. Our Advisory Service lines continued to thrive in response to the developing needs of our clients.
