Freddie Blake Associate Director – Financial Services Consulting
Freddie is a Manager within our Financial Services consulting practice. Prior to joining the firm, Freddie was at the Bank of England working in the Prudential Regulation Authority.
While working at the PRA he was the lead supervisor for a number of UK domestic banks, this included overseeing new banks applying for a banking license. He also supervised major international banks and worked as a technical specialist in the PRA’s Capital Assessment Team. During his time at the PRA, he led engagements with bank executives, board members and international regulators such as the US Federal Reserve and ECB.
Freddie joined the firm in 2022 focusing on banking and prudential risk management and brings with him strong expertise in capital, resolvability and risk management. He has led on PRA and reviews of ICAAP, ILAAP, Recovery Plan, Resolution Pack and regulatory reports.
