Fiona Revell Director of Operations

Fiona works as Director of Operations, leading our sustainability strategy, property strategy, Secretariat function and operational support to the business, including crisis management and business continuity.

Experience

Since 2018, Fiona has been in the role of Director of Operations at Mazars in the UK with responsibility for our property and estates, leading property acquisitions fit-outs and refurbishments.

She leads our sustainability strategy with a particular focus on our environmental and community aspects. We have committed to achieving net zero through SBTi and she works with our Executive to agree on targets and initiatives to achieve this. Our communities strategy is developing with a focus on education and social mobility and she works closely with the Mazars Charitable Trust. Our Secretariat team sits within Operations supporting the firm’s senior boards and committees. 

Fiona is our incident director leading on crisis management and business continuity planning. Our national business support team provides administrative support to the wider business as does our Travel and Events team. Before 2018,  Fiona held the role of HR Operations Director at Mazars.

Work Highlights

In the last few years, we have successfully delivered office moves and fit-outs in Birmingham, Edinburgh and notably in London. We delivered our first sustainability report in FY2020 and worked closely with our growing client services sustainability team. We have agreed net zero targets with our Executive and have successfully piloted a national charity partnership.
