Tim Hewson Director - Restructuring Services
Tim, a Director based in our Gloucester office, is a Chartered Accountant (FCA) and Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, with over 30 years of experience in insolvency, dealing primarily with Personal Insolvency related matters. Tim is authorised by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
He has been involved with the Joint Insolvency Examination Board in various roles for many years, latterly being the Examiner, and currently the Moderator, for the Personal Insolvency examination. He is also a member of the Investigations Committee, which is one of the independent regulatory and disciplinary committees that oversee the ICAEW Professional Standards Department.
He was previously a specialist Personal Insolvency Appointment Taker at PwC. Tim has considerable experience in dealing with both routine and complex personal insolvency assignments and has been appointed as Trustee in Bankruptcy of various high profile matters, including former MPs, footballers, actors, and a Russian oligarch.
