Simon Chandler Partner - Restructuring Services

Simon is the Restructuring lead partner in the Midlands, having joined Mazars in 2005.

He qualified as an insolvency practitioner with PWC and has 30 years of experience in restructuring and insolvency. Simon is authorised by the Insolvency Practitioners Association. He has an extensive knowledge of advisory, corporate restructuring and insolvent company rescue procedures and has acted for a variety of stakeholders ranging from providing advice on the liquidation of small, owner managed businesses through to the Administrations of large corporate groups.

Simon also has wide experience in corporate simplifications and solvent liquidations and he is Head of Mazars’ Members’ Voluntary Liquidations Centre. He has many years’ experience of dealing with solvent liquidations, from single companies to the group liquidations of blue chip companies as a result of restructuring exercises.

He has gained exposure to a broad range of industry sectors with particular expertise in education, construction and manufacturing.
