Mark Siddall Director - Restructuring Services

Mark is a Director in the Restructuring Services team based in the Milton Keynes office. He is a qualified Insolvency Practitioner and began working in restructuring in 2001.

He has experience dealing with all types of formal insolvency assignments across a wide range of sectors including manufacturing, retail, IT, financial services and media.  Mark has been involved in a variety of assignments, ranging from trading administrations and pre-pack AMA matters to CVAs and liquidations.  Having over 20 years’ experience in the restructuring industry,  five of which were spent working in the technical and compliance team of a top ten restructuring services provider, he is both technically astute and commercially sensitive when dealing with the needs of clients and stakeholders.

Mark has also undertaken a year’s secondment within the recovery team of RBS Invoice Finance.

He has been a member of the Insolvency Practitioners Association for over 20 years and joined its Standards, Ethics and Regulatory Liaison committee in 2014.
