Mark Day Head of Midlands M&A

Mark joined Mazars in 2021 and is Head of Midlands Mergers & Acquisitions. Mark has over 20 years’ experience in M&A and during that time has worked with a broad range of private and publicly owned businesses, management teams, shareholders and institutional funders, executing deal situations ranging from £5m enterprise value to over £100m.

Prior to joining Mazars, Mark was Director of Mergers and Acquisitions at Succession Wealth, backed by Inflexion Private Equity Partners and one of the UK’s largest independent wealth management businesses. During this time he worked on over 20 acquisitions, with a combined AuA of over £10bn. Before joining Succession Wealth, Mark was an M&A Director at EY in the Midlands.
