Katie Sharpe Director - UK Payroll

Katie is responsible for Mazars UK payroll delivery, leading our teams based throughout the UK.  Katie’s entire career has been in Payroll, with experience of both large in-house delivery and the majority spent in an outsourcing environment.  She leads on many projects including system selection and implementation, converting to paperless processing, and rolling out the payrolling of benefits in kind for clients.

Katie is a technical specialist, has a degree in payroll management, and in 2019 was elected as a Board Director for the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals.  She is passionate about the development and recognition of the payroll industry, and is a frequent speaker at industry events.  She personally specialises in process improvement and gender pay gap reporting.
