Julian Macmillan Director - PPP Advisory

Julian is responsible for Public Private Partnerships (PPP) Advisory services within Mazars UK.

Julian has advised on structuring and finance raising for long term PPP investment partnerships, including cross-border as well as UK only assignments.  He has taken the lead on more than £200m of PPP equity disposals, has valued more than 25 PPP projects for investment funds, and has also been involved in the raising of over £1bn of capital for long-term projects. 

Julian has wide experience across many sectors including housing, regeneration, renewable energy, leisure, schools, emergency services, and social care.  Julian is also an experienced investment banker and has extensive experience of structured finance, international privatisations and general cross-border listings, mergers & acquisitions, and equity syndication.
