Jennifer heads up the national corporate tax compliance team and has spent over 10 years advising entrepreneurial businesses from start-up, to fast-growing SMEs and established businesses, across the whole business lifecycle.

Experience 

Jennifer is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser who leads our Tax practice in Edinburgh and has spent over 10 years working in tax. She helps clients in all sectors but specialises in working with entrepreneurial privately owned businesses advising the companies and their shareholders on relevant tax issues.

In particular, Jennifer works with many fast-growing private equity backed businesses helping them navigate the complexities of their capital structure helping them through the next phase of growth to the ultimate aim of a successful transaction.

Jennifer is also passionate about embedding inclusion and diversity across all teams. She is a committee member of our Families@Mazars network, which aims to support families across the firm who are navigating the demands and challenges of the current environment.
