Craig leads Mazars’ Business Performance Improvement (BPI) team for the UK firm. Over the last 28 years Craig has led projects in wide variety of sectors, specialising in analysing business processes, identifying improvements and defining performance measures to help enhance business performance.
In a varied career Craig has led process and MI transformation projects for British Steel and Bass PLC as an internal consultant. As an external consultant for the last 15 years, he has worked with clients of various sizes from OMBs, public sector and not for profit to large and mid-cap listed clients.
The BPI team typically work closely with our clients on multiple projects, with the relationship often extending over many years. Craig’s role is to ensure that we work on successful projects that deliver real value to our clients. For many household names, Craig has led the delivery of assignments ranging highly complex forecasting and performance reporting Management Information models to projects designed to quickly and cost effectively identify process improvements.
We believe that leveraging our clients’ deep knowledge of their business combined with the Mazars technical capability and methodologies has proved to be a powerful combination.
