Alex works in helping shareholders realise the value of their investments, identifying strategic buyers for businesses and project managing the sale process, shaping management buyouts and driving private equity investment. He also helps businesses grow by acquisition, identifying acquisition targets, leading deal negotiations and raising debt to enable the transaction.

Experience

With over 15 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, Alex has led over 100 successful transactions across a wide range of sectors. He also has extensive experience in a wide range of sell and buy side deal advisory transactions, including acquisitions, disposals and MBOs.

Alex predominantly works in the mid-market sector, working on transactions with a value between £5m and £50m with a focus on privately owned businesses.
