How does it work
As a Platinum or Gold member of HRi, you are entitled to become a Payroll provider for your clients and expand your business to include this service.
What are the benefits for my client?
Outsourcing payroll can allow your clients the additional time and resource to focus on developing their business, whilst saving them the cost of resourcing and mitigates the risk of maintaining a compliant in-house payroll.
Mazars has a national team of payroll experts who will work with you to provide a package that is unique to your client’s requirements. The payroll delivery is accurate, confidential, modern and is always up to date with UK payroll legislation. Mazars operate internationally, which offers you the opportunity to support your clients with any international payroll requirements they may have.
What are the benefits to me?
HRi have negotiated a profit share arrangement which means you will be able to earn a monthly fee from providing this service in addition to any charges you add for your own unique services. Even if your client outgrows the need for external HR support they will be unlikely to end a successful payroll arrangement. There is no additional cost to you to become a payroll provider and is one of the benefits of being a Platinum or Gold HRi member.
