- Free claim submission service - We can lodge claims on your behalf in a wide range of insolvency measures such as IVA’s/Bankruptcies/Liquidations and DRO’s.
- Free weekly insolvency reports - Ensure your records are up to date with bespoke reporting tailored to your administrative area with details of recent local insolvency matters.
- Free dividend reporting and management - We provide a full dividend management service to ensure no dividend is missed, historic or current.
- Free online portal - 24/7 access to all of your accounts on a live portal which allows files to be transferred easily and securely offering the utmost data protection.
- Free progress update reports on cases where Mazars are Trustee or Liquidator - Regular reports are sent containing case updates and dividend prospects for each matter where you are a creditor.
- Free assessment of NDR account portfolios and defaulters - Our sophisticated data analysis tool enables us to identify corporate entities showing early signs of financial distress.

* On production of the relevant debtor information, Mazars will provide the local authority with a free Pro-file report outlining the enforcement options available and the asset recovery prospects in relation to that debtor should insolvency proceedings be instigated as a result. Mazars would seek to be nominated for the appointment as trustee in bankruptcy or liquidator on those cases where the insolvency option is chosen by the local authority. Mazars will not require an indemnity for costs from the local authority when acting as trustee or liquidator unless by agreement prior to the appointment as trustee or liquidator (e.g. specific investigatory cases).
