Our Deal advisory team is pleased to announce that it has successfully advised the shareholders of Space 48 Limited (“Space 48”) on their majority exit to Foresight LLP (“Foresight”).
Space 48 is a digital commerce agency providing services for online retailers and direct to consumer brands that are looking for fast growth or international expansion.
The business builds digital commerce platforms and delivers e-commerce and marketing strategies to its diverse portfolio of clients. The business originally specialised in the platform Magento, but over the last five years has moved to other market platforms such as Shopify & BigCommerce, who were named the EMEA Partner of the year 2020.
