SMP is a leading, independent international corporate services provider in the Trust & Fund Administration sector, with Group Headquarters in the Isle of Man. Palatine is a regional private equity firm with offices in Manchester, Birmingham and London, whose focus is investing in the UK mid-market.

Mazars provided integral sector expertise throughout the transaction, supporting our investment thesis with tailored, sector specific insight and advice. Involving Mazars at an early stage was essential to the overall success of the deal.
