This happened in 2022 when Russia's invasion of Ukraine disrupted supplies of oil, gas, wheat and other commodities.
Join us for our next Head of Internal Audit and Risk Forum where we will discuss how to identify when geopolitical risks are becoming more likely to affect us, and how we can manage these risks for our supply chains.
We will be joined by:
- Dr John Lewis, Strategia – John will provide an insight on identifying geopolitical risks. John is a former member of the Foreign & Commonwealth Office and was Senior diplomat in Germany and Argentina, and is currently a trusted advisor to Boards and senior leaders, with wide-ranging experience in operational leadership.
- Olga Bezhentseva, Mazars – Olga will highlight how geopolitics plays into wider supply chain. She will share what she has seen from the market and the key considerations in horizon scanning for your supply chain.
This is a great opportunity to meet other Heads of Internal Audit and gain insights into issues that can affect us at any time.
