Mazars Charity Conference

Topics to be covered include:

• Taxation and VAT – our usual update on issues affecting charities

The conference will be of interest to those acting as charity trustees, chief executives and those in charity finance and administration roles. This event is also an excellent opportunity to network with peers in the sector.

Guest Speakers

We are delighted to welcome the following guest speakers to this year’s event.

Robert Nieri - Robert is a Partner in the Manchester office of Brabners’ Charity and Social Enterprise team and will give us an update on legal matters affecting the sector. For a time he also worked for the Government Legal Service in Westminster. Robert was a trustee of a national legal education charity for five years.

Steve Adam – Steve is a Trustee of Keswick Convention Trust. Steve will be talking to us about the management and impact of transformational change within a charity. He is also a trustee of two other charities and lectures part-time at the Warwick Business School (part of Warwick University).
