The Centre for Audit Committee and Investor Dialogue
We are delighted to run the Centre for Audit Committee and Investor Dialogue in association with five institutional investor groups. We are committed to promoting dialogue between these groups as we see it playing a vital role in ensuring clear and constructive communication between companies and their shareholders.
Hermes Fund Managers, RPMI Railpen Investments, USS Investment Management Ltd, Royal London Asset Management (RLAM), Columbia Threadneedle Investments and Mazars are partner organisations of the Centre for Audit Committee and Investor Dialogue ("the Centre").
The Centre provides regular opportunities for discussion between audit committee chairs of FTSE350 companies and leading institutional investors on topics of mutual interest. Centre meetings are held over dinner under the Chatham House Rule, allowing for open, lively and frank discussion.
We are delighted that the Centre is chaired by Douglas Hurt, Audit Committee Chairman of Tate & Lyle PLC, Vesuvius PLC and Countryside Properties PLC.
