What were the issues you were facing?
We asked Mazars to provide the full accounts package primarily due to workload, we became a bigger practice overnight and as a result the accounts took so much time to process. I made the enquiry and although I was a bit hesitant "letting go" it has been the best decision I ever made. As a busy practice manager, I always felt I would leave the accounts to a day I didn’t work so I had the time, however the pressure of these has been completely lifted and the anxiety around getting year end completed has left - thanks to the staff at Mazars. I also no longer have to give a day up of my own time, so it is really win-win.
What did Mazars do to support the practice?
What used to take me a full day to complete the month accounts, now only takes me half an hour max at the end of the month - just to scan in and send to Kelsey and I know the work has been complete.
What was the benefit of using Mazars to do your bookkeeping?
Kelsey has saved a busy practice managers life, she processes the accounts, I scan and email the paperwork I hold every month, and I know it’s in capable hands. Having done this, I wish I had done this years ago and the "letting go" was so much easier than I thought. The benefits also are the accountants have the up-to-date information so if there are any queries relating to the practice accounts, they know the position we are in at that time.
Anything else you feel is relevant?
I would highly recommend Mazars accounting service as well as the staff payroll service. If you are hesitant or worry that you might not feel you’re on top of things this is definitely not the case it put the control back into your life to allow you to run your busy practice knowing the financial aspect of things is being looked and controlled in such a professional manner. I wouldn’t change anything it’s a great service and one I wish I had a lot earlier.
