Covid-19: visiting our offices

Vulnerable group

If you are in a vulnerable group or living with someone who is, you should give very careful thought as to whether it is appropriate to travel to our office at this time. If you elect to do so, please ensure that you are following government guidance in travelling to/from the office and during your time in our office.

Before your visit

Please review this form and complete the declaration below within 24 hours of receiving it. You will not be able to visit our office if we have not received the completed declaration from you.

If you are experiencing any Covid-19 symptoms (high temperature, continuous cough and/or loss or change in sense of smell and taste) please do not visit our office.

Arriving at our offices

Upon entering the building, please follow any instructions given to you by the building management team.

Please ensure you make use of the hand sanitiser available as soon as you arrive at the building and again when you enter our workspace.

If you have disposable gloves or a face covering that you no longer wish to use, we ask that you keep these in a sealed container within your personal belongings as we do not have any bins for you to use to dispose of these.

During your visit

We ask that you wear a face-covering whilst moving around the office (unless you are exempt). You do not have to wear a face-covering whilst sitting in a socially distanced meeting room. Please note that you will need to provide your own face covering.

Please follow the two-metre social distancing guidelines and observe all signage and floor markings.

Please bring your own equipment and stationery if required.
