The healthcare sector has faced significant change and challenges over the past few years, including geopolitical uncertainties, squeeze of government funding and the introduction of the National Living Wage. Despite some challenges, UK M&A activity does not appear to have suffered, as many aspects remain fragmented bringing opportunities to the corporate and financial consolidator.
