Mazars Gender and Ethnicity Pay Gap Report 2020

All firms with over 250 employees are required to analyse and publish their Gender Pay Gap data. In our Gender and Ethnicity Pay Gap report, we present the findings of our business-wide analysis as of 5 April 2020 and set out the concrete steps we are taking to achieve parity across the firm.
We are also voluntarily publishing the gender and ethnicity pay and bonus gap data for partners in addition to staff.

Key Findings

We have reported both the mean and median pay gaps for 2020, and these figures are below:

  • Our mean gender pay gap is 9.3%
  • Our median gender pay gap is 4.8%
  • Our mean Ethnicity pay gap is 6.9%
  • Our median Ethnicity pay gap is 3.9%

Next Steps

As part of our commitment to being an inclusive employer and taking the actions necessary to close the pay gaps within the firm, we have placed inclusion and diversity at the heart of our firm-wide strategy.

We recognise that, in order to achieve inclusion and diversity across all levels of the organisation, we must ensure that inclusive practices are embedded across the entire employee lifecycle; from attraction and recruitment, to pay and equal access to training and opportunities.

We continue the work with our staff networks to help us better understand the lived experiences of minority groups within the firm.
