We continue to work successfully with the concession companies providing financial models, refinancing and valuation advice.
A bidder working across the European PPP market
We provided accounting advice to this major bidder on four hospital projects, three custody projects and two tram projects.
Senior funder of a UK accommodation project
We supplied model audit services to the shareholder and senior funder for the refinancing of this scheme. We also provided a duty of care to the public sector procurer for refinancing clauses.

We undertook a due diligence exercise to verify the methodology used to determine future license fees charged to incumbent operators.
A bidder in the UK sports and leisure sector
We have worked with this client to support three PFI bids - so far we have achieved a 100% success rate. We also offered advice to the parent company on corporate strategy for the sale of its equity stakes.
