Advisory
- Projects - We have experience working on projects with a capital value totalling over €5 billion and have brought more than 40 of these projects to financial close. Our sector expertise includes accommodation, roads, rail, health, leisure, housing, property development, and renewable energy.
- Financial models - Our team specialises in building best practice financial models, focusing on a transparent model structure and a clear crisp modelling style. We apply these techniques to support a range of business critical decisions across a number of sectors including retail, banking, property, renewable energy as well as PPP projects.
Assurance
- Model audit – Our ‘fresh approach’ to model audit responds to the requirements of both funders and shareholders in the era of competitive dialogue. We offer early stage health checks, contingent fees structures and will offer a separate, non-subordinate duty of care to shareholders.
- Guidance on the adoption of IFRS - for both consolidation and for individual concessions. We take a leading role in assessing the potential impact of IFRS on the PPP industry.
