Jac spent nine years with a Global 4 firm before joining Mazars. She has developed a strong expertise in audit assignments in an international environment for a wide range of industry sectors.
She has extensive experience in transaction support, in particular pre-acquisition due diligence, post-acquisition reviews and opening balance sheet preparation and associated fair value exercises for a range of listed and non-listed entities.
Additionally, Jac is a Regional Standards partner within the London region of Mazars with responsibilities which include reviewing audit quality and providing technical assistance on a national basis.
Externally Jac is a governor on the board of Barnfield College in Luton where she sits on the audit committee.
