'Roots to our future'
Such a book may appear surprising for an organisation which after all is not so old. However, our eagerness to relate Mazars' story is one way of sharing this adventure with all those who have really wanted to participate in it, whether they are our clients, our colleagues or those in our professional environment.
Although this review of a journey could appear unusual from the perspective of newsworthiness, it is not a look backwards, but instead reflects our desire to show to a younger generation the path that we have taken.
Mazars' adventure is a particularly and remarkably human one. The women and men who are building our organisation not only make a deep impact on its economic, financial and professional development but are anchored just as deeply in one way of thinking, of acting and consequently of growing.
It seemed important to us to show that the path to achieve this was pursued with endurance and determination. It also seems important that by presenting it we can demonstrate the effects of our difference, which has a real impact on our daily life, on our links within the organisation, with our clients and with our professional environment.
Mazars is special and we believe in preserving our unique spirit which in our view goes beyond our technical excellence: it underpins our added value.
