As an Actuarial Trainee you will be involved in a broad range of assignments including Life, General and Health Insurance plus consulting in pensions and investment fields. You will be expected to take responsibility early in your career.
You will be supported, managed and mentored by an experienced team of qualified actuaries. You will be provided with a full study package for actuarial training with the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries and flexible study leave. Our internal development programme will allow you to develop personally and professionally.
Since qualifying as a Fellow of Institute or Faculty of Actuaries is an exciting and challenging task, we are looking for highly focused and motivated candidates with the following attributes:
- ability to accept responsibility at an early stage
- good communication skills and commercial awareness
- analytical approach to solving problems
- 320 UCAS points or equivalent with an A grade in a mathematical discipline
- minimum of 2.1 degree in a mathematical discipline such as Maths, Statistics, or Economics or a degree with a substantial mathematical content
