David has extensive experience of advising larger owner managed businesses, professional partnerships, and individual shareholders or owners. David’s expertise includes the provision of financial and tax planning advice, particularly in the context of the changes which happen in the life of a business, family or practice such as succession planning, reorganisations, share and business valuations, company sales, mergers, acquisitions and refinancing.
Using the experience gained from these commercial and practical involvements with businesses and individuals, David is routinely appointed to provide forensic reporting for court proceedings in civil litigation, in particular in matrimonial and commercial disputes and in matters of professional negligence.
